A “800 W” power station is two numbers wearing one label. Watts are the ceiling on what you can switch on at once; watt-hours are how much energy is in the battery. The EcoFlow STREAM Ultra holds 800 W and stores 1,920 Wh on the nameplate — and those two facts answer two different questions.
This page answers the first one. EcoFlow publishes no depth of discharge or inverter efficiency for this model, so there is no defensible usable-capacity figure, and this page will not turn the nameplate into hours.
The three numbers that decide everything else
Continuous output800 W
Official spec · verified 2026-08-01 · high confidence
Surge ceiling800 W
Derived by WattPair · low confidence
The brand publishes no surge rating. This is a conservative floor taken from the continuous output — an inverter cannot surge below what it sustains — and is not a manufacturer specification.

No usable-capacity figure for this model
The brand publishes a nameplate watt-hour number and nothing about depth of discharge or inverter efficiency. Dividing the nameplate by a load would be wrong by 20–35%, so this page shows the nameplate for what it is and refuses to turn it into hours.

What EcoFlow STREAM Ultra runs
Every row is a live calculation against this machine's continuous output, surge ceiling and
inverter waveform — running watts, start-up inrush and duty cycle on the appliance side. Of 30 appliance profiles, 10 run, 4 are a tight fit and 16 are out of reach. The percentage is the
load as a share of continuous output; anything past 82% drops out of the green.
One caveat that applies to every row: EcoFlow publishes no surge rating for this
model, so each start-up check runs against the continuous output as a conservative floor.
Real inverters usually manage 1.5–2× that, so a row held back
by the surge check may well be fine in practice — we will not say so until the
manufacturer does.
The binding constraint is voltage, not watts: open-circuit voltage RISES as it gets colder, and
an array that is fine at noon can be over the MPPT ceiling at dawn. Each row is the engine's
largest legal array for this station, with Voc corrected to -10 °C ambient
. Only panels whose datasheet publishes a voltage temperature coefficient are evaluated — the
others cannot be corrected, and an under-corrected array is what destroys an MPPT input.

Every field we hold on this machine
Each figure carries the tier it came from and the date it was checked. A blank is never left
blank: a field the manufacturer does not publish says so, and a field two manufacturer sources
disagree about says that instead of picking one.

We are not showing a buy button for the EcoFlow STREAM Ultra: the manufacturer restricts where this product may be sold and installed. The link below goes to the official product page so you can check your own location.
Each link goes to that machine's own record. Every record holds the same fields in the
same order and states the same tier and date beside each one, so two of them read
side by side compare cleanly.

Questions people ask about this machine
Will an EcoFlow STREAM Ultra run a full-size refrigerator?
Yes. Against the US 120 V record, the full-size refrigerator draws 55 W running · 286 W at start-up — 6.9% of this machine's continuous output. That verdict is a calculation from running watts, start-up surge and inverter waveform, not a lookup, and the full working is one click away in the table above.
Why can't an EcoFlow STREAM Ultra run an electric space heater (1500 W)?
On the US 120 V record the binding constraint is the continuous output. The electric space heater (1500 W) needs 1,500 W running · 1,500 W at start-up, and at 188% of continuous output there is no headroom to give. No accessory fixes this one — it takes a machine with a bigger inverter.
How long will an EcoFlow STREAM Ultra run my appliances?
We will not put a number on it, and that is deliberate. A runtime needs a usable-capacity figure, and EcoFlow publishes no depth of discharge or inverter efficiency for this model — only a nameplate watt-hour rating. Dividing that nameplate by your load produces a confident-looking figure that is typically 20–35% too high. What this page gives you instead is every load's energy rate in watt-hours per hour, which needs no battery figure at all and is the number you actually size against.
Can you take an EcoFlow STREAM Ultra on a plane?
No. At 1,920 Wh it is far above the 160 Wh ceiling that airlines apply to lithium batteries in the cabin, and lithium batteries of this size are not accepted in checked baggage either. The 100 Wh / 160 Wh thresholds come from the IATA dangerous-goods rules that carriers implement; check your airline before travelling, because the approval step above 100 Wh is theirs to give.
Can I buy the EcoFlow STREAM Ultra where I live?
Only in US-UT, according to EcoFlow's own store footnote (Utah H.B. 340 Solar Power Amendments). That is a sales and installation restriction on the product, not a shipping preference, which is why this page shows no purchase button. The statement is quoted verbatim at the top of the page.
