because there is none to publish — an address invented for a footer is worth less than
admitting it does not exist.

This mailbox is not accepting mail yet — it is being set up alongside the site, and
this page will carry a working link the day it is live. The address is printed as text
rather than as a link on purpose: a clickable address that bounces is a worse answer
than a plain statement that it is not ready.
What is worth sending
A wrong number
The most useful mail this site gets. Send the model and region, the field, and the document
that contradicts what is published. It gets checked against the source, and if the source
wins, the record changes and keeps a note of what moved it.
A specification we could not find
Several pages say a figure has never been published. If a manual, a certification filing or
a support article has it, that page stops saying so the same week.
A manufacturer correction
Brands are welcome to dispute a figure. The bar is the same as for everyone: a document.
Corrections are made on the evidence, and no page is edited in exchange for anything.
Partnership and affiliate enquiries
Retailer and programme enquiries are welcome. Paid placement, sponsored verdicts, guest
posts and link insertions are not — they are declined by policy, not by price.
Something that reads wrong
A sentence that misleads, a page that answers a question nobody asked, a control that is
unusable on your phone. Specifics beat impressions.
What this address cannot do for you
Product support
We do not sell, ship, service or warranty any of the hardware described here. A faulty unit,
a missing order or a firmware problem is for the manufacturer or the retailer you bought
from.
Medical advice
Pages that mention life-support and sleep-therapy equipment describe published electrical
requirements only. Whether a particular setup is safe for a particular patient is a question
for the device maker and a clinician.
Wiring and code questions
Permanent installation, transfer switches and grid connection are governed by local codes
and belong to a licensed electrician. The site explains principles and where to look
requirements up; it does not sign off on an installation.
Bespoke system design
The calculators do the sizing work in public, with their assumptions on the page. There is
no private consulting behind them.
Sending a measurement of your own
A measurement has a page of its own:
submit a log turns what you
observed into a structured block, stamped with the format version it was written against, and
lists the routes that carry it — copying the block, a prefilled issue on this site's own public
repository, and email on the same switch as the mailbox above. It is still not a form that
posts anywhere, and that is not an omission: there is no server behind this site to post to, so
the block goes nowhere until you send it, by a route you pick.
A submitted log is held in review until three independent logs of the same pairing agree, and
it stays labelled as a reader log after it publishes. Those rules are written out in full on
that page, and the tier a figure lands in is defined on the
methodology page. A measurement
that arrives as an ordinary message instead is still read and kept with its context; it is not
published as though it were ours.
What happens to your message
A message is used to answer you and, where it corrects a figure, to record what changed. There
is no mailing list to be added to, and nothing you send is passed to a manufacturer or a
