Yes, on nearly any power station in this library — a diesel air heater is one of the smallest electrical loads we cover, because the heat comes from burning fuel rather than from the battery. The electronics only fire the glow plug and turn the combustion fan.
The one figure worth checking is the start: Eberspächer states the glow plug pulls up to 100 W and holds it for a minute or two while it ignites, and that duration puts it outside what a surge rating describes. So it is not a spike and is not added to any start-up total — it is checked against continuous output for the whole of that time, which is the harder of the two tests, and even a small station clears it.

A heater rated at over two kilowatts of warmth drawing 34 W of electricity is not a typo. The fuel supplies the heat; the 12 V or 24 V electrical side only fires the igniter, runs the fuel pump and spins the combustion and cabin fans. That is why this is the one heating appliance in our library that a small power station handles without strain.
A start-up that lasts minutes, not milliseconds
The glow-plug start
Eberspächer states this explicitly rather than us deriving it: the glow plug stays powered for roughly a minute after ignition is detected, which changes how it has to be checked.

A minute-long load is not a surge in any sense a power station’s spec sheet uses the word. Every other inrush in our library is measured in milliseconds; this one is measured in minutes, which means an inverter cannot simply absorb it and move on — it has to sustain that draw the way it sustains any other continuous load. Our engine treats a start-up this long as continuous rather than as a momentary spike, checked against the machine’s continuous output rather than its surge ceiling.

Live engine runs — and the start-up figure on each reading line needs reading carefully. The glow plug’s 100 W is held rather than spiked, so it is left out of any start-up total and checked against continuous output instead, for the whole of that time. Both tests clear here with room to spare.
The check that matters on this row: the glow plug’s 100 W, held for 60 seconds or more, against 600 W of continuous output — not against a surge rating, which describes an event lasting a second or two and does not apply here. The smallest runtime-capable machine in our library, and still an easy clear.
